until you have earned a minimum of $3,000
in CASH.
This Guarantee applies to our INSTANT DIRECTORS (those who took advantage of our NO TRAINING SALE option of Level I or Level II) who want to take part in the Performance & Partnership Guarantee.
HOW THE GUARANTEE WORKS
Your FIRST SALE as a Director pays you $1,000 in Profit. It can be made with or without your Director's Direct
Participation, depending upon how you found the Prospect and made the sale.
If you USED YOUR DIRECTOR for this sale, it's still 100%
all yours.
The next 4 (Four) Sales made WITH YOUR DIRECTOR'S
DIRECT PARTICIPATION ie: 3 Way calling and
closing, will be counted as PERFORMANCE QUALIFIED
SALES and you will Split the Profit 50/50
with your Director ($500.00 for you and $500.00 for your Director).
These sales will come from your 3-Way Called
Qualified Prospects you bring to your Director
each month. These are NOT TRAINING SALES. YOU retain the "Person" for all Coastal Upgrades or Training Sales THEY may do for you.
You can make sales ON YOUR OWN, using your Director's MENTORSHIP but NOT doing 3 Way / Split Sales and achieve
your $3,000 Guarantee Profit without involving and splitting any sales with your Director. That
is acceptable.
However you cannot invoke the Guarantee if you did not earn $3,000 and also DID NOT BRING THE QUALIFYING NUMBER OF 3 WAYS to your Director to split sales and achieve the $3,000 Earnings Level for the Guarantee (in otherwords you cannot "sit on your butt"
.. do nothing and expect to be paid for that).
Once you have achieved the $3,000 earned Profits, you will become a Qualified Performance Guarantee Level Director yourself and become eligible to OFFER AND WORK with the Guarantee with your own new Directors.

for you to review.
